DISTRICT 2 CYO – HELP FOR ERNST FAMILY: Perhaps you read in the paper that Simon Ernst, a 2nd grader from St. Ann’s in Emmaus, will be undergoing a bone marrow transplant at Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia. Mr. Jon Ernst is Simon’s father and is also our District Buddy Commissioner. Jon and the family will be spending the next few months in Philadelphia and commuting back and forth to Emmaus. To help the family through this ordeal, we ask you to keep Simon and his family in your thoughts and prayers. In addition, I would like to ask, as our CYO family, for monetary donation to be given to the Ernst family to help defray some of the costs of travel, tolls, food, accommodations and any additional items that will assist them. Anyone interested in helping is asked to make a donation payable to Mr. Jon Ernst and send them to Rick Wagner, 1814 West Green Street, Allentown, PA  18104. Please mark envelope – “Ernst Fund”. I will collect all donations and present them to the Ernst Family.  Thank you in advance for your help and please keep Simon in your prayers!
